Let’s be honest – as much as we know all of the health benefits of eating our veggies, it can be tough to munch on those same flavors every day. While there are plenty of dipping sauces available at the store, I’m fairly reluctant to use them as they can contain hidden sodium and other ingredients that could potential derail my weight loss progress!
Making DIY dipping sauces in large batches is an excellent idea, as it allows you to keep healthy snacks on hand for when you want to add a little flavor to veggies.
One of my favorite dipping sauces is this Greek yogurt sauce, since it’s packed with protein. It also doesn’t need any oils, so it’s an extremely healthy option that will keep you slimming down and on-track towards success!
