I've been working with Lisa and started the program the end of Feb. Its now mid-May and I've lost 27lbs! and have about 15lbs left to go I never thought I could do it and I have. Lisa has been so supportive, understanding and when I feel like I can't, she say "oh yes you can!" It is support like this that has kept me going. I'm so happy with the results and cannot wait to get to my goal weight. And with Lisa in my corner, I've got this!
