I was very distraught by pictures of myself and my failing attempt to lose the weight. I wanted both self-confidence and the knowledge to control my eating habits. I needed to eat healthy. I was amazed how quickly the weight came off by sticking to the plan and just how important diet is to weight loss. I feel like a whole new person. I’m a better wife and mother. I’m also encouraged by the things I learned to be able maintain a healthy lifestyle and healthy weight.
