How do I track my order?
Great question! Simply log into your account to review your order or see your shipping confirmation email. There you will find the tracking number associated with your order which you can use to determine where your package is.
When will I receive my order?
Updated November, 2020: Major shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS and DHL are reporting extreme demand and increased shipping times during the pandemic and holiday season. Please allow for an additional 1- 4 days on the delivery of your package. Thank you for your understanding at this time.
Any SlimGenics Weight Loss Program or 14-Day Kick-Start is available for easy download immediately. For nutritional supplement orders, Thermo-Snacks, etc. orders typically arrive within 3-4 days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email. Please note that orders placed on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday.
Why is my order on hold?
As part of our commitment to fraud protection, some orders may be placed on hold for manual verification. Reasons for an order being placed on hold can include: differing shipping and billing addresses, incorrect billing information, recent name change on the card holder’s account, and more. In the event of a hold, we will manually verify your information which takes approximately two hours.
I purchased a SlimGenics Weight Loss Program and/or the 14-Day Kick-Start Program but haven’t received my password or confirmation email.
These emails can sometimes get blocked or put into the Spam folder. If it is not in your Spam folder, you can also access your password on the My Account page.
Can I use my Slimfinity, Diamond or Onyx SlimCard discount online?
Yes! If you have activated your online account, simply sign in to your SlimGenics Direct account and you will see your SlimCard Discounts reflected on our prices. See additional details below regarding the use of your SlimCard membership.
If you have not activated your online account discount, please call 855-292-4400 now to make sure your discount level is verified with your current information so you can start saving today. Once activated, you will automatically receive your discount level on products when purchased at the full product price when logged into your Slimgenics account. SlimCard memberships are not applicable towards the purchase of any Weight Loss Kits or Support Service. Please review the details stated in the Sales Offer emails to see if your SlimCard discount is applicable. Not all Sales Offers will allow for the additional SlimCard discount. You must be logged into your Slimgenics account using the email address attached to your SlimCard membership to receive your additional discount (when applicable). With your SlimCard membership, you will also receive Free Shipping on any order of $59 and above. (Free Shipping applies to the purchase total after applied discounts).
Do you offer FREE Shipping?
FREE shipping is available on all orders with a Subtotal of $169 and above after any discounts, not including any applicable Taxes.
What are Loyalty Points?
With SlimGenics Rewards, our free online loyalty program, you earn points with every online purchase. With every $25 dollars spent in the SlimGenics Online Store, you earn one Loyalty point, which is equal to $1.00 to use when shopping on www.SlimGenicsDirect.com Redeeming your points is easy! Simply redeem your Loyalty Points at checkout. If you have accumulated the minimum of just 5 points, you may apply them toward any purchase. You will have the option of applying points as one of your payment methods. SlimGenics reserves the right to change their Loyalty Points Program at any time without notice. Accounts that are inactive for 180 days will lose access to accrued Loyalty Points.
Where do I find out how many Loyalty Points I have?
To see how many Loyalty Points you have available to use, simply log into your account and within the Account Details area, you will see a blue button labeled "Loyalty Points Balance". Click the button and a pop-up window will appear to show you the current balance of Loyalty Points on your account.
How do I apply my Loyalty Points to my order?
To easily apply Loyalty Points to your order, start by logging into your Slimgenics Direct account. Once you have added the desired items to your CART, click the CHECKOUT button, enter your Loyalty Points code in the GIFT CARD OR DISCOUNT CODE box and then click the APPLY button. You will see your Loyalty Points discounts applied as well as any SlimCard and/or SlimClub discounts also associated with your online account.

How fast can I expect to lose weight?
This is different for everyone, but healthy people who follow SlimGenics’ programs can expect to lose, on average, 1 to 2 pounds per week but many have achieved even faster results. The rate at which you lose weight depends on your age, gender, health history, starting weight and activity level. It is important to note that some medical conditions and medications can slow down weight loss.
Can I participate if I have a medical condition such as diabetes or heart disease?
Yes. Your health and well-being are our primary concern. Our team has worked with people with diabetes, high blood pressure, heart conditions, high cholesterol, arthritis and joint pain, thyroid disease, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis and cancer. We highly recommend consulting with your physician before starting a weight-loss program.
Are you a vegetarian? Gluten-free? Nursing mother? Kosher? Had bariatric surgery?
That’s ok! Our programs are flexible and easily adaptable to meet your needs. Our Weight Loss Consultants or your physician can assist you with any needed modifications.
Do I have to exercise?
You can exercise as little or as much as you would like. Healthy activity will help with weight loss, but it is not a required part of the programs.
